Dr. Charles W. Fornara

Dr. Fornara graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry after doing his undergraduate work at the University of Arizona. He was a partner in the Mohave Eye Centers for 20 years. Dr Fornara has been in Coshocton since 2006 and purchased the practice on Main Street from Dr. Charles Snide, who had been in that location since the 1950's.

In September of 2019 the decision was made to move the practice to a more spacious, modern location at 224 Chestnut Street.
